How can I be a vendor?
Simply fill out the application and await word. Don't forget to send photos (or links to photos), too.
I applied but didn't hear back. What gives?
Unfortunately our mail volume is such that we simply cannot reply to everyone individually. If you didn't hear back from us about your application by the notification dates listed on our calendar page, you didn't make it in. We'll keep your info on file, though, in case of a cancellation. Seriously, it has happened!
How much space do I get?
Vendors get a 10' x 10' space to work with. You should do your best to keep your things confined to your areanot only for the comfort of your neighbors, but for ease of foot traffic.
I got accepted, but can't make it. Can I just do a later show instead?
Sorry, but your acceptance is non-transferable, since each show is curated as a standalone event. Please apply separately for each show you're interested in. Application fees are non-refundable.
Who organizes Felt Club?
Felt Club is helmed by Jenny Ryan from SewDarnCute, with the help of a dedicated and ever-growing crew of awesome volunteers. Each event is juried by a rotating crew of Los Angeles-area craft mavens.
Can I volunteer at Felt Club?
You bet! Please e-mail us for more info. If you have a particular area of interest or expertise, say the word. Even if you can only spare a short while to pass out a few postcards in your neighborhood, we'd love to hear from you.
How can I become a sponsor?
Drop us a line and we'll give you the scoop. We're always looking for help in this area. We have several sponsorship levels available, as well as ad space in our event program. We are open to both paid and in-kind sponsorships, so please get in touch.
Who made your website?
Our website was designed by Linda Yoshida and features the artwork of illustrator/cartoonist Jordan Crane. Jeff Voris lent a hand with the application form, also.
